THE BUYER’S QUESTIONS

Before they ask
for a proposal,
they need a reason.

  1. 01

“Is this for someone like me?”

A precise offer and useful service pages help a visitor recognize their situation.

  2. 02

    “Why should I trust you?”

Relevant work, a credible process and accurate evidence make expertise easier to judge.

  3. 03

“What happens if I get in touch?”

A clear next step explains what information is useful and what the engagement involves.

01

A website for the way clients actually decide

People rarely arrive ready to hire. They want to know whether you understand their situation, what the engagement includes and why they should trust your business. A homepage can introduce those answers, but focused service pages and project stories do the deeper work. We plan the information your buyer needs before asking them to contact you.

This approach can suit consultants, architecture and design practices, professional services and other established service businesses. The starting point is your actual offer and sales process. A consultation-led business needs a different journey from a company selling a defined appointment or requesting detailed project specifications.

02

Start with the offer, then shape the pages

We review your existing website, sales materials and recurring customer questions. Together we identify your priority services, the audience for each and the evidence available to support your claims. That becomes a sitemap and page outline, with a clear purpose for each route. Related services are connected without repeating the same generic copy across every page.

Content planning can include service scope, who the work fits, project examples, process explanations and useful FAQs. We distinguish your contribution from collaborators’ work and use results only when you can substantiate them. If copywriting or photography is needed, we establish ownership and production costs before the build.

A SITE STRUCTURED AROUND THE DECISION

Every page
earns its place.

Page count follows the offer. A useful service website gives each buying question a clear home.

HOME

The proposition.
The audience.
The route forward.

SERVICE PAGES

Scope, fit, process
and useful answers
for each offer.

WORK & ABOUT

Relevant evidence,
your contribution
and the people behind it.

INQUIRY

The right questions.
A working destination.
A clear expectation.

03

Distinctive design with a practical foundation

Your visual identity should carry through long service explanations, concise campaign pages, mobile navigation and forms. We develop responsive layouts and reusable patterns so the site feels coherent as it grows. Motion can guide attention or express the brand; a quiet, fast page can be equally appropriate when the visitor needs information quickly.

The build can use WordPress or a custom approach depending on your editing needs and requirements. We agree which content your team must update, what integrations are necessary and who maintains the site. Hosting, licenses and external subscriptions are identified separately so you can understand the ongoing commitment.

04

Connect attention to a useful inquiry

A contact journey should ask enough to qualify the work without making the visitor complete a full proposal. We can plan forms around service interest, project context and timing, then connect the agreed destination and test delivery. Booking tools, CRM connections and automated follow-up are optional integrations with their own requirements.

We also define what a useful inquiry means for your business. With the agreed measurement setup, your team can distinguish a button click from a completed inquiry and review whether inquiries fit your offer. Changes after launch should follow evidence from real users and your sales conversations, rather than assumptions about what a new design must achieve.

05

Search foundations built into the structure

Each important service needs a descriptive address, page title, heading and explanation. We connect related pages with useful links, prepare an appropriate sitemap and keep essential information readable outside animations. Images receive accurate descriptions where they convey meaning. Search language belongs naturally in the content people need to make a decision.

For an existing site, we review the URLs that need to survive the move and map redirects where appropriate. Local content is included when your service genuinely depends on a location. We do not create batches of near-identical city pages. Ongoing search research and content development can be scoped through our SEO and digital growth service.

06

A scope you can understand before production

A focused improvement project may address a homepage, priority service page and inquiry flow. A full website engagement can include content architecture, design, development, migration and handoff. We identify the pages, integrations, review rounds and acceptance checks in the proposal rather than treating every website as the same package.

Bring your current site, brand assets, service information and a person who can consolidate approvals. We will identify missing content and agree a realistic sequence. Before launch, we check the agreed journeys, mobile layouts, keyboard access and performance, then provide guidance for the people responsible for updates.

PRODUCT & SERVICE BRANDS / ORIGINAL OPTICAL STUDY

Preparing the product

Can you improve our current website?

Yes. We first review its platform, access and technical condition. A focused update may be sufficient; a rebuild is appropriate when the existing structure prevents the required changes.

Does our service business need 3D?

Only when it helps explain the service or express the brand. We can build a distinctive website through typography, photography, layout and considered motion without a heavy 3D scene.

Is content writing included?

Content structure is part of planning. Full copywriting, interviews, photography and specialist review are included only when stated in the scope. Your team approves factual claims before launch.

What determines the price and schedule?

Page types, content readiness, platform requirements, integrations and review rounds. We assess those inputs before quoting and identify optional work separately.

Can we add ongoing support?

Yes. Maintenance, content changes and conversion improvements can be scoped separately, with an agreed workload and review rhythm. Search rankings and inquiry volumes are not guaranteed.

THE TOOLS BEHIND THE EXPERIENCE

Built to impress.
Built to manage.

Your team needs to run the site after it launches. We choose the technology around what you need to edit, the systems you already use and the work we’ve agreed to build.

01 / CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY

More than a static page.

We use these tools to model 3D assets, create materials and lighting, and build the scroll and mouse interactions you see on this site.

  • Three.js
  • WebGL
  • GSAP / ScrollTrigger
  • Blender
  • Custom shaders
  • JavaScript
  • HTML & CSS

02 / CONTENT & COMMERCE

Your content. Your control.

We can work with WordPress, Drupal, Shopify, Webflow or a headless CMS. Tell us what you’re using, or we can help you choose a platform before the build.

  • WordPress
  • Drupal
  • Shopify
  • Webflow
  • Headless CMS / API integrations
Discuss your platform ↗

Choose the platform before the production plan.

We’ll ask who updates the content, which systems need to connect and who will maintain the site. The proposal spells out editing access, integrations, training and support. We choose the 3D and animation tools to suit that setup.
